Minimum order quantity is 50 pieces in most cases. We keep it flexible — small or large batch orders are all welcome. Typical production lead time is 5–8 working days, excluding delivery.
The minimum order quantity varies by product, and we can print both large and short runs. When you enter a number in the quantity field, it will tell you if you haven’t met the minimum required to order.
We print on a wide range of sticker materials — including woodfree, PP, transparent, mirrorkote, metallic, and kraft stickers. Each material has its own finish and application. Go to Our Sticker Material Guide ➝
Turnaround time varies by product, but for most, the default is seven business days. In some cases, please contact our Project Coordinator to check if we can expedite turnaround time.
A print-ready file is essential to every Smartpress order submitted for online printing. In short, it’s a PDF with high resolution images in the CMYK color space with the appropriate bleed:
- All of your images should be high resolution. We recommend images are:
- 300 PPI for small format projects like booklets, cards or brochures.
- 150 PPI for large format projects like custom signs and banners.
- Use CMYK colors for the most accurate comparison between what you see on your screen and what is produced with the printing press.
- Your design files must have the appropriate bleed so that any variances in production don’t affect your print. Most printers have an 1mm variance in case the machines drift slightly in any direction. Because of this, your finished size should be expanded or contract by 1mm.
For the best print, supply Illustration or Print Ready PDF files at 300 dpi, CMYK, with a 3mm bleed. Don’t worry if you’re unsure — our team checks every file before printing. View artwork guide ➝
High resolution, print quality PDFs are the most reliable file format for online printing. A print-ready file has essential formatting and specs to ensure it translates from your computer to the printing press accurately and consistently. It must be a PDF with high resolution images in the CMYK colour space with the appropriate bleed.

Our PP, transparent, mirrorkote, and metallic stickers are water resistant and durable for everyday use. Kraft and woodfree stickers are paper-based and best suited for indoor or short-term applications.

Yes. Most of our stickers are available in matte or gloss lamination</span. Matte gives a smooth, non-reflective look, while gloss adds shine and vibrancy.
